Slowness IV Potions Cannot Be Brewed After Speed II

For every other potion that can be "reversed" by a fermented spider eye, it is able to be first enhanced by redstone or glowstone, then (secondly) reversed by the fermented spider eye. But for a Slowness IV to be brewed it must be brewed from a regular speed potion, then fermented spider eye, then glowstone dust.

Every other potion can use glowstone first then fermented spider eye (or use it vise versa), but Slowness IV can only be brewed in the order of fermented spider eye then glowstone. Instead it will stop at Speed II and will not allow fermented spider eyes to be added to the potion. This make its brewing recipe different from every other potion of its kind.

Possible: Sugar>FermentedSpiderEye>Glowstone = SlownessIV

NotPossible: Sugar>Glowstone>\>FermentedSpiderEye =\= SlownessIV
(Although this should be possible.)

I believe that this is because that there is no slowness II potion. When you make a speed I potion and invert it, you get a slowness I potion. But you can't invert a speed II potion to get a slowness II potion, since there is no slowness II, only slowness IV. All the other potions can be inverted since their inversions will have the same strength as the original (healing II becomes harming II etc), Leaping Potions, which can be inverted into slowness potions as well when stage I, also cannot be inverted into slowness IV potions, I hope this helped!

Is there any stage II potion that can be reversed with a fermented spider eye? Because I don't think there is.

Can confirm.

Yes, take the healing potion for example.
