[MC-203621] Unable to pick up experience orbs

I realized this when I died and wanted to pick up the dropped xp/items. Some experience orbs won't be picked up and just spin around you.

Give yourself some xp, then /kill and then run into the xp orbs. Would be very strange, it worked for me 3 times

Can confirm, sometimes xp orbs cannot be collected and only spins around you.

Strangely, they also cannot be affected by the target specifier. If I try /kill @e[type=experience_orbs] then it tells me there are no experience orbs.

managed to reproduce it after dying a few times, was in survival, kept jumping into the ravine right onto my xp orbs, now they're just floating

This also affects items, but can be picked up.

This bug is only visual. Upon relogging, the XP and items disappear.
