Mobs can spawn on tinted glass

Can confirm.  Mobs will spawn on tinted glass, even thought the block is a "transparent" block type and should not be spawnable.

I thought it was WAI, as like tinted glass often uses in mob farms

And I don't believe it would make sense to be WAI.  It limits its use as a building block (for things like glass roofs that don't let light in.) but would also make it unreliable to use for mob farm roofs to see into them.

Can confirm, if you place more tinted glass floors. it will work this is likely grass block spawning mobs via. other blocks.
