Randomtickspeed freezes game

When you put the random tickspeed at really high numbers, all entities completely freeze and block updates don't work.

Well, yes, if you overload the game with having to do millions of instructions every millisecond, of course it freezes. That will not be fixable just don't set the tickspeed above eg 1000.
