When i type all /locate commands Nothing appears back nothing in chat i have 40 ms

I also had this issue in 1.15 on the louvre map made by Newheaven, after I typed

/locate village

everything I typed in the chat has no effect (just press enter and nothing happens)

What is /gamerule doCommandFeedback set to?

in survival, it will activate cheats, and the command block will respond

have you tried a command block 

is chat enabled in the settings

Does it work on a newly created world?
Also do post a screenshot with F3 enabled
