when i go over a powered rail, it kicks me out of the minecart. The minecart also wobbles like it was hit with a fist. Please get back to me on what i can do to fix this, or when you fix it.

Actually, you're using the wrong type of rails! You're using activator rails instead of powered rails. See MC-79835 for some more information.
