What I expected to happen was...:
to rain normaly like all other times
What actually happened was...:
that the rain was white like fog and after one block i couldn't see anything.
Probably because i had very bad internet that moment.But after half an hour it started raining again and the rain bugged again. I was in a survival server with two other people. I died then I respawned and the rain became fog.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Die
2. And respawn with large Ping

I had this issue but the rain texture was that of black cats, it was very strange and it fixed itself next time it rained. I do not have the screenshots anymore.
