Sun texture is a different texture. I am using programmer art and default texture pack in the screenshots. I am using vanilla client

This issue seems to be quite often at the moment. With that being said, would MC-190067 describe your problem?

If this happens, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

This actually appears to be a duplicate of MC-155379, which hasn't yet been resolved. If you have any additional information to provide regarding this issue, feel free to comment on the parent ticket.
