Randomly generating a world with the same seed as another world generates the structures I made in the world

I found a bug in 1.12.2. I was trying to create a vanilla creative world, then it randomly generated the same seed as one of my old worlds.  The structures in my old world generated, even my inventory and sign text was the same. Mojang, please do your best to fix, it may be impossible to replicate.

As a side note, there is a 1 in 2^48 chance of this happening.

it's because copying worlds does the same thing, and if they fix this bug, they will remove copying worlds?

Is this an issue for you in 20w49a or 1.16.4?

If it's in 1.12.2, then this report is invalid. Only bugs from 20w49a or 1.16.4 are accepted.
