Subtitles "entity.axolotl.idle_water" and "entity.axolotl.idle_air" are identical, but show separately

The two translation strings subtitles.entity.axolotl.idle_water and subtitles.entity.axolotl.idle_air both are translated as "Axolotl chirps" in en_US, but show up separately in the subtitles.

I assume cases like guardians both point to the same subtitle string instead?

Seems like it, yes. For example, the sounds entity.guardian.death and entity.guardian.death_land both use the translation key subtitles.entity.guardian.death and the sounds entity.guardian.hurt and entity.guardian.hurt_land both use the translation key subtitles.entity.guardian.hurt.

This same idea can also be seen with drowned zombies. Simply using a spawn egg to spawn a lot of them quickly demonstrates this problem.

Relates to MC-215440 which has a similar case of underwater mobs making 2 of the same subtitle.
