[MC-208830] Loom crafting recipe has a different format than other tool blocks

The bug

When you craft a loom, it only uses two wood planks, when all the other tool blocks (smithing table, fletcher table, cartography table) use 4. I don't know if this is on purpose, or just a mistake.
