[MC-209222] Attempting to open the Minecraft Realms menu claims that the client is outdated, even if the snapshot may be newer than the release

When attempting to open the Minecraft Realms menu in a snapshot version, the following error message is presented to the user:

Client Outdated!
Your client is outdated and not compatible with Realms.
Please update to the most recent version of Minecraft.

However, a snapshot may not be outdated, and may, in this case, be even newer than the latest full release.

How to fix it:

in snapshots,

-change "mco.client.outdated.title" to "mco.client.incompatible.title"

-change "mco.client.outdated.msg.line1" to "mco.client.incompatible.msg.line3"

-remove "mco.client.outdated.msg.line2".
