The multiplayer and realms option are grayed out, but the singleplayer isn't.
It seem to be a problem with authorisation in "privacy and online settings" in the xbox settings. However, when clicking this button, rather than redirecting to the settings page, it redirect me to this FAQ page: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one, without specific information as to why. I suspect this is caused due to the account being a child account, but the FAQ only documentate how to change those settings from an xbox one console.
Also, is this the good place to report this kind of issue, or should I directly contact the support of xbox or microsoft ?

Update: setting the account as major people allow me to modify the settings and allow multiplayer for the account. I will keep the issue open as this doesn't solve the underlying issue (that is, unclear instruction of how to allow it).
