For some reason on the new launcher i get less FPS than the old launcher. I got 5 FPS on the new one and got 50-60 on the old one. In the first image i am in the old launcher, in the 2nd image i am in the same world, same version with the new launcher.

Are you on a laptop?
Does your laptop have two types of videocard? (verify at the bottom of your snooper data, 'opengl_vendor' field)
Your laptop selects the wrong one, nothing we can do about it, make sure that in your videocard configuration you have selected to use the 'high performance' profile for java.exe and javaw.exe.

yes i am using a laptop, no i only have one video card in my computer and is Intel, and how do u select it so that java uses high performance???

but how do i fix the issue?

and yes i set everything to high peformance and its still laggy
