The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon evokers summoning vexes.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Build the setup as shown in the attachment below.

  1. Summon an evoker on the diamond block.

  2. Switch to survival mode and slowly approach the evoker so that it summons some vexes.

  3. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon evokers summoning vexes.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon evokers summoning vexes.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated upon evokers summoning vexes.

gaspoweredpick, this is not a duplicate. MC-207515, states that sculk sensors don't detect a vibration upon evoker or illusioners waving their hands. This report states that the sculk sensor does not detect a vibration upon a vex being summoned, (through the use of an evoker).

This issue was present in 22w12a, but no longer occurs in versions above or equal to 22w13a, meaning that this issue was fixed in 22w13a.

This is present once again in 23w14a.

Fixed once again in 23w32a.
