[MC-2105] Server bug

When I get on a new server in multiplayer it said "connection time out" after five minutes, then when I get back on or see the IP address, it will say 1.3 on the connection bar. I think its some kind of bug or glitch.

It means the server hasn't updated to the latest release.

Its kinda crazy because I got on version 1.3.2 after that, and people said they were on 1.4.2 but I was on 1.3.2.

Server is on 1.3.2, client is on 1.4.2. This works as intended.
