The Bug
When unlocking recipes that are dyed the way they are unlocked are inconsistent. For example if you open a new world and get Yellow Dye you unlock the crafting recipes for Yellow Carpet/Candle/Glass Pane but not for the other dye required recipes like wool.
Replicate
Open a new World
Get 1 dye (any color)
Open the crafting table recipe book
❌ Notice you only have the crafting recipes for dyed Carpet, Candle & Glass Pane and not other recipes like dyed wool or terracotta

my guess is that this has to do with some recipes need all items needed to unlock, this is probably already a bug with other items but it should be fixed because new players might need to know how to craft something but they cant look it up because they don't have internet access or something.

Can confirm in 1.19.2. Note that this now only remains an issue for dyed wool; the terracotta recipes correctly shows up now.
