please contact minecraft community support, also this may be fixed by logging in and out of minecraft beacause this may be an account issue

by the way, the part where it says "netherite sword cannot support this enchant" is most likely beacause you already have a higher level of the enchant, or the enchant is not ment for that item

as commented by @lolad this has something to do with endercrystal plasement and it wouldent be able to be placed on the side unless some bedrock or obsidan was there, could you please confirm that if there was obsidan beside it that it still wouldent place where you wanted it to go?

my guess is that this has to do with some recipes need all items needed to unlock, this is probably already a bug with other items but it should be fixed because new players might need to know how to craft something but they cant look it up because they don't have internet access or something.

As above, please contact community support or try reinstalling your minecraft

as above, your core and other parts of your computer may be older also, the fps is probably something to do with less area being loaded so you have better fps.
