Shulker is sometimes mis-rotated when player teleports through a nether portal and reloading an active chunk with Shulker

The bug

When a shulker teleports through a nether portal, their rotations gets all over the place.

As i was reasearching the shulkerbox and portals i found that the problem is not the shulkerbox going through a nether portal, is you reloading an already active chunk through a nether portal, if you go in and leave the portal waiting for the nether/overworld to unload and load it again, shulkerbox should be rotated as they should, i will check if this happens aswell in the end.Just checked it, the bug happens in the overworld when going from the end, but not in the opposite way, the end dimension seems fine, maybe gateways have the same problem but i dont have the time to check it rn. The best way to replicate this glich is using the spawnchunks, since its always loaded, placing some shulkerbox and going to the nether and coming back should be enough, also , everytime you load a already loaded chunk, the shulkerbox will change they rotation, even when they were already buged, as shown in this video i quickly made. Also if in non spawnchunks you get this gliched shulkerbox (best way i found was spawning shulkerbox, going to the nether, sending a entity to the overworld, zombie is the one i used for testing, and then quickly going through the portal.) if you go to the nether, wait for the overworld to unload, and then load it again, the shulkerbox will be correctly rotated as they should.

Also, for some reason i found out the ones that glich becouse coming from the end, to have more extreme rotation. They were fighting each other when they got bugged, im not sure if this is a factor.
