If a shulker is spawned after the shulker hit by a shulker bullet of the other shulker, the new one spawns slightly mis-rotated and is slightly not aligned to the grid.
To reproduce
Spawn two shulkers
Let one of them get hit by the other's shulker bullet
→ ❌ A new shulker is spawned that is slightly mis-rotated.

The same can be achieved by having them teleport on their own. For example by blocking them from opening their shell. When they teleport to the new place, there's a good chance that they are not aligned to the grid.
How would you go about reproducing this?
