Zombie only spawn in base or child version, no villager whatsoever.
Have butchered mob to 1200 rotten meat, hasn't met a single Zombie Villager.

I know this is a duplicate of some report, but I cannot find it. It had words such as "Zombie villager" and "more rare"
Does MC-158788, happen to describe the issue that you're experiencing here?
What exactly is the bug here?
