Some blocks must stand on dripstone

This bug report is a parity issue with Bedrock.

Summary:

In bedrock version, the dripstone can be set to the blocks below, but it cannot be done in java.

I also opened a similar report for the bedrock version MCPE-116102, but it seems to me that the bedrock version does it better.

Affected blocks:

  • Wall

  • Fence

  • Hopper

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install the above blocks.

  2. Place the drip stone on the blocks.

Observed Results:

The drip stone will not be installed on blocks.

Expected Results:

The dripstone will be installed on the blocks.

I didn't mention the sculk sensor as it shouldn't be installed on it! [MCPE-116032]
