[MC-213512] Copper blocks are named differently from bedrock edition

The bug

This bug is a parity issue. The copper blocks name are named differently per stage, the bedrock edition one are named based in order: Exposed, Weathered, and Oxidized.

While java edition are named based in order: Lightly Weathered, Semi Weathered, and Weathered.

Assuming that it will be fixed in upcoming snapshot, MC-203555 should most likely be closed as fixed as well.

As of 25w0b this is an issue again, as the names remain different.
