Likely a bug as per MC-96463 and looks weird. Only occurs facing east or west.

There seems to be cut of one pixel on the right side of the bamboo

No, that model simply doesn't have the 2 panes cross at the same pixel in the texture; one of the panes is moved 1 pixel over. It's not getting cut off.
