[MC-214684] Azaleas cannot be placed in flower pots

Not a feature request - MC-170833 for example was accepted as completely valid.

Since azaleas are very strongly implied to be saplings of the new azalea tree type, it would be expected that they could be placed in flower pots like all other sapling types. This is currently however not the case.
