[MC-214931] Nether - Bedrock bug

(Sorry for my bad english language)
I'm found new bug on the minecraft nether dimension. And this bug is: When you use ladder and going on the top of the ladder and u use enderpeal. You teleporting on the on bedrock place.

Bro what do you mean thats not a bug its a glitch cant you just appreciate that you can build up there and break the bedrock? I have my base on the nether roof and no mobs can spawn
