[MC-215890] Husk Texture is White Color

While testing the latest snapshot, I saw a husk that was completely white.

This appears to be a duplicate of MC-188522.

@Mark Derickson, I can confirm that MC-188522 is the same as MC-215890 but 21w07a is not listed in MC-188522 so I commented in MC-188522 to say that 21w07a also has the MC-188522 bug.

MC-215890 is most likely the same bug as MC-188522.
