[MC-216459] Resizing the Minecraft window while dead grays out the Respawn and Title Screen buttons momentarily

When resizing the Minecraft window while dead (on the death screen), the Respawn and Title Screen buttons are temporarily grayed out.

Seems like it was never actually fixed. I can reproduce this in 15w31c, which is the version where it was supposed to be fixed.
