Can't use fungus or carrot on a stick as fuel source in furnace but can with fishing rod

I am also able to confirm this behavior in 21w37a. Here are some additional details regarding this issue.

The Bug:

Fungi and carrots on sticks cannot be used as fuel sources in furnaces.

Fishing rods can be used as fuel in furnaces so it's quite strange that fungus and carrots on a stick cannot.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place some raw iron in a furnace.

• Attempt to place a carrot on a stick in the fuel slot of the furnace.

• → ❌  Notice how carrots on sticks cannot be used as a fuel source.

• Attempt to place a fungus on a stick in the fuel slot of the furnace.

• → ❌  Notice how fungi on sticks cannot be used as a fuel source.

• Attempt to place a fishing rod in the fuel slot of the furnace.

• → ✔  Notice how fishing rods can be used as a fuel source.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that fungi and carrots on sticks can be used as fuel sources in furnaces.
