Parity issue: new mountain biomes

• The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version

• The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other

• The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before

How this is invalid?

Criteria 1 is not met, the biomes don’t exist in java.

This report is about these biomes not existing in java

I think they're doing the new mountain generation first on bedrock before transferring to java, just with like with java with the new cave generation, because it was developed there first before they can transfer it to bedrock and vice versa.

To clarify, it can't be a bug with 21w08b if the new mountains didn't exist when 21w08b was released
