[MC-217812] Redstone Doesnt travel down some blocks

As Shown in the Pictures redstone can go up the blocks but is unable to go down the blocks this cant be a issue of them being transparent as seen in the pics

as shown in the slime pic slime blocks are considered TRANSPARENT which means if this was a WAI bug redstone should not have been going down the slime

Slime is transparent only in appearance its a solid block not transparent
