Problem with authentication servers

Greetings.
I played a badrock version and on Mar 06 17:43:47 UTC 2021 on Israel time, I bought the Java version and after receiving the receipt and connecting from the launcher, everything worked fine except for two things.
1. The skin I chose was not on me in the game, But rather had on me the default skin.
2. The authentication servers did not recognize me so in the servers that are open to only original account he does not let me in, I would love to know how to handle the problem because the main reason I bought the versin is servers with friends.
I'd love an answer as soon as possible.
