[MC-21847] music disk loud

i used a resource pack with custom music disks and when the music setting is at 10% the music plays is as if it was in 100% volume

The soundfiles of the musicdisks are just louder than normal?

no i just change the music settings during the song and it sounds like its normal percentage but after i restart the song it sounds like its at 100%

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
