Polished Blackstone Button does not have a preferred tool

Using your fist to mine a Polished Blackstone Button seems to take the same amount of time as mining it with a Efficiency V Netherite Pickaxe. Stone buttons and Polished Blackstone Pressure Plates work as intended.
