[MC-199752] Polished Blackstone Button takes longer to break than other buttons

sorry if there are mistakes, I don't know English well
While building, I noticed that the polished blackstone button
does not break quickly with a diamond pick with an efficiency of 5.
A regular button (stone) breaks very quickly as it should.

i found this in 1.16.3 it appears to be that it does not have the properly assigned tool (pickaxe) to it.

Can confirm in 1.19 and 22w24a. The problem here is that polished blackstone buttons aren't included within the #minecraft:mineable/pickaxe tag.

Noteable, stone button is in the mineable/pickaxe tag, but the blackstone one isn't, so furthermore is also an inconsistency.
