[MC-220350] Texture Glitch for Spyglass Icon

Not a major bug, but the icon texture shows a 2d spyglass pressed against the left side of the icon boundaries.

Possibly a duplicate of MC-181280.

I think it's MC-165967, not MC-181280.

I just revisited the bug and it seems to be fine, showing the expected 3D icon correctly. Feel free to label this issue as resolved.
