[MC-221599] Subtitles when landing on powder snow say "Something fell"

When you fall onto powder snow from a high place the subtitles say "Something fell," which doesn't really make sense because powder snow isn't a hard block

I don't see how this is a bug. This is just the basic subtitle used for falling on any block which powder snow is.

If you fell on snow, it would still make a sound, but it would be quieter. So the subtitle is correct

There are two different sounds that play simultaneously during fall damage. "Something fell" plays even when a horse falls one block, and isn't technically a damage sound. Could still be a valid bug, though.
