[MC-22213] Mobs get stuck in corner of iron bars and we cant hit them

when im on a top of a tree, with iron bars surrounding a *BABY*villager, some get stuck in the corners and i cant hit them, they just stand there and watch me.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
