Problem with joining on Hypixel on 1.8.9

Hi, when i'm trying to join on Hypixel on 1.8.9 it's kicking me out and says "You logged in from another location". I changed the password and it keeps happening. When i'm trying to join on for example 1.15.2 or 1.16.5 it works, i can also join on 1.8.9, 1.8..., but like on 6th time, because it keeps saying: "You logged in from another location", so everytime I want to join, i have to try  like 6 times or more. Someone from Hypixel Support told me, that it normally pops up when account has been registered in a different location, but I didn't register it from different location, so I want to ask, if I, or you can do something with it.
