[MC-223147] Vines aren't rendered with /setblock

When doing /setblock with a vine no vines are rendered but you can still climb them

Maybe a duplicate of MC-85967, I also came across this is 21w03a probably because of the changes to the vine block model.

MC-85967 talks about how you can't interact with vines. Vines aren't created here so this report blocks that one.

So 21w03a and later snapshots should be removed from Affected Versions list of MC-85967 because I believe this happens since 21w03a.

No this is new to 21w15a most likely because of the fixes to Glow Lichens

I believe it's 21w03a because vine block model was changed. And I remember this wasn't an issue in 20w51a and earlier.

Yeah MC-85967 is that they can't be interacted with but still render so wouldn't be a dupe of that
