[MC-223351] Remove the glow squid

Please remove the glow squid and add iceologer instead.

You can go to the feedback site for feedback. Mojang is not going to remove the glow squid. The glow squid has won, that's why it was added.

It is possible that they might add it, unlike the 1.13 mob vote losses.

Go To Suggestions and make a vote then. Id rather get rid of phantoms
