I tried removing a block with an item frame on top of it, but it got obstructed for 5 seconds and finally broke. I was expecting that it breaks immediately when the block under it is broken.

MC-328 was closed because it duplicated so many reports. HAHHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAA LOL!!!
It was resolved because the developers stated it was an intentional feature.

Also, those are reports that duplicated that issue, not ones that that issue duplicates.
