I want to play with random tick speed command i type on chat ,,/gamerule RandomTickSpeed 200000000'' i pressed ENTER and nothing happened. i wan to build my house and take some things out of furnace but i can't click on the furnace the same thing was with chests and crafting table. blocks after destroy doesn't drop. What to do?!

The default is 3, not 1. But yes, setting the tick speed to a ridiculously high number will result in the game trying to do a ridiculous number of things every second, which doesn't usually end well.
this isnt a bug, you did something that would create a ton of lag, and then everything got laggy. this issue has nothing to do with the game

Invalid. When you change your randomTickSpeed to the very high number, there will be lot of lag, so i recommend to change your randomTickSpeed back to 1.
