Ores in deepslate blobs sometimes generate as regular ores

Sometimes, ores that generate in deepslate blobs still generate as regular ores. This seems to be the result of deepslate blobs generating after the ores in adjacent chunks. It can be fixed by just having deepslate (and tuff) blobs replace ores with their deepslate variants.

Just to further inform you, this issue has been fixed for a future version of Minecraft.

It clearly says ores other than coal and copper, it isn't a duplicate

It kinda is a duplicate, as Mojang most likely checked and fixed all the ores, not just Iron and Coal. The fix version is "Future Version," which hasn't come out yet, so we won't know for sure yet.

This bug is not a duplicate, as was already previously stated. Furthermore, the bug still affect 21w18a whereas the bug it allegedly duplicates has already been fixed.

Comment was made before the snapshot that allegedly fixes the bug came out

I can't seem to reproduce this in 1.17.1. With that being said, please provide some screenshots and/or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.

I can confirm in 1.17.1.

Since deepslate blobs don't generate in 21w37a, this is currently untestable.
