I could not reproduce this issue in 21w18a, but I believe it has been an issue in the past. Can please you provide a video of this occurring in 21w18a?

I can confirm.

How to reproduce:

Place a farmland block somewhere
Stand a few blocks above it
Make sure that mobgriefing is set to true

Run this command:

/summon husk ~ ~-2 ~ {Health:1f,ActiveEffects:[{Id:20b,Amplifier:2b,Duration:999999}]}

It trampled the farmland.

Why is this working as intended? This is unequivocally a bug.
