[MC-225846] Axolotls no longer stop tilting after recovering.

Even when finished recovering, axolotls will continue to have their model tilted and swim around like this. Putting them into a bucket and placing them again can fix this, however.

@@unknown: MC-225859 has more attention at the moment, so it's going to be left as the parent report. It would make no difference if this ticket was the parent report, and transferring the issue links would create extra work for the moderators.
