[MC-226368] Villagers have a very low chance of having the same trade for a different amount of emeralds after rank up

I have a villager that has a Infinity book for 13 emeralds and bookshelfs for 9 emeralds as its first tier trades. When I leveled him up he unlocked 2 new trades, one of them being a infinity book for 18 emeralds. Resuming: he has the same trade for different amount of emeralds.

I suggest you remove the attachments as people like Avoma here go insane at the slightest hint of a client modification. Can confirm for 1.16.5, in a vanilla environment.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

We resolve tickets involving modified games as invalid, since in many cases mods have seemingly unrelated and unexpected effects on the game.

I also think this issue is more like a feature request instead of a bug, so it's going to be resolved as invalid anyways.
