[MC-226662] ''Wax On'' and ''Wax Off''-advancements have incorrect names in description

The advancements ''Wax On'' and ''Wax Off'' have incorrect item names for copper in the description. It says ''Copper Block'', while it should say ''Block of Copper''. ''Copper Block'' was the original name of the item, before it was changed to ''Block of Copper'' in a following snapshot.

The issues described by the two bugs are different, but the proposed solution to the other one would make this one irrelevant.
