Custom powder snow recipes do not return a bucket

Recipes that use a Powder Snow Bucket do not return a bucket, in addition, to the result item like a recipe that uses a water or lava bucket.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the example datapack below.

2. Install the example datapack in any world.

3. For the shapeless recipe place a Powder Snow Bucket anywhere to get a Snow Block

4. For the shaped recipe place 2 Powder Snow Buckets next to each other horizontally.

Observed Results:

• You get the resulting item as expected

• You do not get the bucket in return from the input slot.

Expected Results:

You get both the bucket from the Powder Snow Bucket, and the set result item.
