Fish buckets/Powder Snow buckets are not leaving buckets in crafting

When using powder_snow_bucket, cod_bucket, pufferfish_bucket, salmon_bucket, or tropical_fish_bucket in crafting recipes, an empty bucket isn't left behind like when using lava_bucket or water_bucket.

Expected Result

An empty bucket should be left behind.

Also applies to the powder_snow_bucket in 1.17 Pre-release 1.

The issue applies to 1.18 snapshot 21w37a, also added all fish bucket recipes to the data pack.

I personally think that crafting grids should have two outputs instead of just one, with this second slot being reserved for buckets and bottles and the like; this way, issues like these would be inherently fixed as the recipe would have to specify empty buckets as a secondary output (and custom recipes would also have the option of not returning buckets).

That won't help the best, what if a recipe uses food in a bowl, a potion and a bucket?
It would be better if it was controlled by the recipe, yes, but not as other output slot. Rather a "replace input ingredient with" field that takes the input keys and return options per key.

Valid point, but I'm mainly looking at current vanilla recipes with said proposal. If vanilla ever gets such a recipe I may reconsider.

Can confirm in 1.19.3 and 23w04a
